Heart Chakra
Loved
Compassion
Reflection
The heart chakra is the sense of love, peace and happiness, connecting us to divine love to accept our self and others with compassion, thereby glowing in the light, in love for all to see. When we love at a higher vibration, we experience balance relationships, giving and receiving love unconditionally. We are also kind to ourselves and others. Our creations flourish beautifully as we listen to this love within the heart to manifest desires with passion.
Crown Chakra
Higher Self
Connection to Divine Source

The crown chakra is the 7th energy center and it’s located about an inch above the crown of the head. It is the spiritual foundation of our body on this planet, playing the part as a spiritual conduit to connect us to God/dess, higher self, spirit guides, angels and departed loved ones.
As a healthy energy center, the crown chakra, when balanced, does not allow the ego to influence ideals...
Sacral Chakra
Centered
Creative Expression
Sexual Pleasure

The Sacral is the 2nd chakra & its Sanskrit name is Swadisthana. When balanced, we express creativity freely. Our connection with others is fluid as we easily sort out our feelings and desires about life, creativity, relationships & sexuality. This center is the gateway of consciousness and a result of our emotions meeting the body.
Throat Chakra
Expressive
Good Listener
Patient
Honest

This energetic center represents self-expression, creativity, communication, and harmony with self and others. To speak with an authentic voice is to speak your truth. The throat chakra governs the thyroid gland and when imbalanced, we experience sore throat, horse vocals, and challenges with ear infections. When we’re afraid or nervous about speaking in front of others, the throat chakra becomes tense and can close.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Peace
Confidence
Inner Personal Power
Willpower

The Solar Plexus is the 3rd chakra and its Sanskrit word is Manipura. Its center is the sense of self with a foundation of power and will. This chakra connects us to our personal power, self-esteem and our drive to succeed. The symbol of this energy center is the element of fire, which can purify self-doubt so we trust our gut feelings about people, places and situations.
Third-Eye Chakra
Self Realization
Fearlessness
Intuition
This is a very powerful energy center, as it’s connected to your intuition and holds the key to imagine or fantasize. As a healthy, balanced energy, it allows creative thinkers to use its functionality to materialize their intuitive imaginings.
One is literally able to use the information downloaded or channeled from the higher mind through night/day dreams and turn the visualization into reality. If this chakra becomes unbalanced or has a low-level vibrating frequency, the individual may not hear the small still voice that directs and guides their path.
